Day 1 – Feb 7–8 | Los Angeles → Istanbul → Cairo
Depart Los Angeles on Turkish Airlines, connect in Istanbul and arrive in Cairo late evening. Meet-and-assist at the airport and private transfer to your hotel.
Day 2 – Feb 9 | Pyramids & Grand Egyptian Museum
The magnificent Grand Egyptian Museum, then the Giza Plateau — the Great Pyramid of Cheops, the pyramids of Chephren and Mykerinos, and the Great Sphinx. Lunch at a local restaurant.
Day 3 – Feb 10 | Historic Cairo & Khan El Khalili
Al-Rifa'i Mosque (resting place of the last Shah of Iran) and the historic Citadel area, then Old Cairo and the vibrant Khan El Khalili Bazaar for shopping.
Day 4 – Feb 11 | Cairo → Aswan · Board the Nile Cruise
Fly to Aswan and visit the High Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk and the beautiful Philae Temple, then board your Nile cruise. Lunch and dinner on board.
Day 5 – Feb 12 | Kom Ombo & Edfu
Sail the Nile and visit the fascinating Kom Ombo Temple, then continue to Edfu to explore the impressive Temple of Horus. All meals aboard the cruise.
Day 6 – Feb 13 | Luxor East Bank
Sail toward Luxor via the Esna Lock, then explore Luxor's spectacular East Bank — the vast Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple. All meals aboard.
Day 7 – Feb 14 | Luxor West Bank → Cairo
Visit Luxor's famous West Bank — the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon — then fly back to Cairo.
Day 8 – Feb 15 | Cairo · Citadel & Farewell Dinner
Visit the Citadel of Salah El-Din, lunch at a first-class restaurant, and in the evening a special farewell dinner marking the end of the Egypt journey.
Day 9 – Feb 16 | Cairo → Istanbul
Fly to Istanbul and transfer to the 5★ Mövenpick Hotel Istanbul Bosphorus. The afternoon and evening are at leisure to rest and enjoy the city.
Day 10 – Feb 17 | Istanbul City Tour
A full day of sightseeing: Çamlıca Hill with panoramic Bosphorus views, Beylerbeyi Palace, the Hippodrome, the majestic Hagia Sophia, and a leather outlet for shopping.
Day 11 – Feb 18 | Bosphorus Cruise & Grand Bazaar
A memorable Bosphorus cruise between Istanbul's European and Asian shores, then free time at the famous Grand Bazaar — one of the world's oldest covered markets.
Day 12 – Feb 19 | Istanbul → Los Angeles
Breakfast at the hotel, then transfer to Istanbul Airport for your Turkish Airlines flight home, arriving in Los Angeles the same day with a lifetime of memories.
