Day 1 – May 4 | Departure from Los Angeles
Depart Los Angeles on Cathay Pacific for your journey to China, with a connection through Hong Kong.
Day 2 – May 5 | In Transit (International Date Line)
Overnight international flight to Hong Kong, crossing the International Date Line.
Day 3 – May 6 | Arrival in Beijing
Arrive in Beijing, the historic capital of China. After a warm welcome, transfer to your premium 5-star hotel to rest after the long journey. An optional short walk is available in the evening.
Day 4 – May 7 | Imperial Beijing
Explore the heart of imperial China, from Tian'anmen Square to the Forbidden City, the palace of emperors for over 500 years. Visit the Temple of Heaven, where emperors prayed for prosperity, and enjoy a traditional Chinese lunch.
Day 5 – May 8 | Great Wall & Cultural Experience
Visit one of the world's greatest wonders, the Mutianyu Great Wall, with cable car for easy access. In the afternoon, experience Chinese culture through calligraphy, Tai Chi and Traditional Chinese Medicine, followed by dinner.
Day 6 – May 9 | Beijing to Hangzhou
Fly to Hangzhou, known as one of China's most beautiful cities. Visit Hefang Old Street, famous for traditional shops and local snacks.
Day 7 – May 10 | Hangzhou: Nature & Tea
Discover the beauty of Hangzhou with a peaceful West Lake cruise and a visit to the Longjing Tea Plantation, home to one of China's most famous green teas. Learn about Chinese tea culture at a tea ceremony and enjoy lunch.
Day 8 – May 11 | Hangzhou Cultural Day
Visit Xixi Wetland Park, a unique natural reserve. In the evening, enjoy a Cultural Dinner Show with traditional music and dance.
Day 9 – May 12 | Hangzhou · Wuzhen · Shanghai
After breakfast, drive to Wuzhen Water Town, one of China's most charming and well-preserved ancient canal towns. Stroll its narrow alleys and stone bridges, then continue by private coach to Shanghai and check in at your 5-star hotel.
Day 10 – May 13 | Suzhou · Venice of the East
Enjoy a half-day trip to Suzhou, a peaceful and elegant city known for its beauty and history. Visit a classical Chinese garden, take a canal boat ride and see a historic pagoda.
Day 11 – May 14 | Modern Shanghai & Night Food Tour
Explore the modern side of China with panoramic views from the Oriental Pearl Tower and the iconic skyline of the Bund and Lujiazui. In the evening, taste authentic local dishes on a night food tour.
Day 12 – May 15 | Luxury Shopping & Farewell Cruise
Enjoy a relaxed shopping experience at Shanghai's best luxury and outlet destinations, including IFC Mall, Nanjing Road, Super Brand Mall and premium outlets. Close the evening with a luxury dinner cruise on the Huangpu River.
Day 13 – May 16 | Departure
After breakfast, transfer to Shanghai Airport for your return flight to Los Angeles via Hong Kong.
